THRIVE CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

Equip yourself with the knowledge and skills needed for modern Christ-centred leadership in 6 workshops.

Register for 2026

Today's Christian leaders are under more pressure than ever before.

They fill the role of teacher, guide, counsellor, preacher and more, all on top of adapting to a rapidly changing world. It’s no surprise many Christian leaders are pushed too far, and left feeling inadequate and burnt out.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. THRIVE offers a new approach to Christ-centred leadership training, developing current and aspiring leaders using a theologically-informed and evidence-based psychological framework. Now available for credit (PC082 & PC083 via MST).

  • Understand your leadership style against Scripture and contemporary research;
  • Deepen awareness of your identity in Christ, recognising how story, culture, and personality shape vocation;

An Active Approach to Leadership Training

THRIVE is structured to help you put what you’ve learned into action immediately.

Each session is followed by an hour-long ‘Thrive Groups’ session, led by a Group Facilitator.

In these groups you’ll share what you’ve learned since the last workshop and how you’ve used your new skills and knowledge, and support one another as you seek to apply the work in your day-to-day life. You’ll also have a chance to talk about any challenges you’re facing and work with your peers to overcome them.

Whether you’re in a leadership position now or see yourself going into leadership, THRIVE will give you practical leadership knowledge and skills you can start using immediately.
